Norma Gonzalez Sanchez ("Sanchez") pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to transport undocumented aliens within the United States, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324. The government appeals, arguing that Sanchez's sentence, which is forty-two percent lower than the Guideline minimum, is unreasonable.
