This criminal appeal arises from the conviction in a bench trial of Defendant, Fredrick Dewayne Gray, for attempted simple kidnapping. The trial court sentenced him as a second-felony offender to three and a half years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. Defendant now appeals. Defendant's conviction is affirmed. His sentence is affirmed as amended, and the case is remanded...
