Christopher Lee received a sentence of 118 months' imprisonment after pleading guilty to five counts of bank fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1344, and five counts of aggravated identity theft, 18 U.S.C. § 1028A. The district court placed Lee in criminal history category VI, yielding a guidelines sentencing range of thirty-seven to forty-six months' imprisonment for each of the bank fraud counts, see U.S.S.G. § 2B1.1, and sentenced him...
