Jerri M. Kenton, age 35, pleaded guilty to unlawful restraint (720 ILCS 5/10-3 (West 2006)), a Class 4 felony. The trial court sentenced Kenton to 30 months' probation. The trial court subsequently granted the State's motion to revoke probation and resentenced Kenton to 22 months' imprisonment. Kenton appeals, arguing that the trial court abused its discretion in sentencing...
