Defendants appeal as of right and plaintiff cross-appeals as of right a judgment awarding plaintiff $33,332 following a jury trial. This action arises out of an employment agreement between plaintiff and defendant Bentley & Associates, Inc. (Bentley). On appeal, defendants argue that the trial court erred in denying their motion for a directed verdict, because plaintiff's right of first refusal to buy Bentley's stock
