Appellant/Debtor Ronald Joseph Alexander ("Debtor") appeals an order of the bankruptcy court of the Western District of Oklahoma. The Debtor argues that the bankruptcy court erred when it allowed a creditor's expert witness to give opinion testimony on hearsay documents and then inappropriately weighed such evidence when it denied confirmation of the Debtor's Chapter 13 plan and dismissed his case.
