Before the Court are the Defendants respective motions for summary judgment [Does. Nos. 169, 182, 188 & 190]. Having considered the motions, the responsive pleadings, the summary judgment evidence and arguments of counsel, this Court is of the opinion that summary judgment is appropriate and Plaintiffs RICO claims should be dismissed.
