The subject of these RPTL article 7 proceedings is an approximately five-acre parcel of property located at the corner of Albany Shaker Road and Osborne Road in the Town of Colonie, Albany County, improved by a freestanding Eckerd retail drug store with a drive-through window and a parking lot.
