This personal injury action arose from an automobile accident that happened on July 2, 2004, in the eastbound lanes of I-20 in the area where traffic enters from I-49 and exits for Spring and Market Streets in Shreveport. The jury rendered a verdict in favor of Plaintiff, Tina Fox, assessing 20 percent of the fault to Defendant driver, Rex Layton, and 80 percent to a phantom driver of an 18-wheel truck. The...
