This case arises out of the sale of real estate in Ouachita Parish. The purchasers, Plaintiffs Gary and Sherry DeMoss and Missy Crain School of Dance, Inc., owned and operated by Gene and Missy Crain, purchased property from Pine Hills Golf and Country Club, owned and operated by John Smith ("Smith").
