¶ 1 HOOVER, P.J.

Brian Jacobs appeals a judgment of conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm contrary to WIS. STAT. § 941.29 (2005-06) and an order denying his motion to dismiss. Jacobs was arrested after officer Joseph Miller observed him hunting with a "black powder or muzzle loading firearm" on the reservation of the Stock-bridge-Munsee tribe to which Jacobs belongs.
