Jessica T. Devin was employed by Schwan's Home Services, Inc. (Schwan's) as a sales and delivery driver, otherwise known as a Route Manager. After her resignation, she brought an action against Schwan's asserting claims of gender discrimination, hostile work environment, and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17 and the Minnesota Human Rights Act, Minn.Stat. 363A.03.1
