{1} Defendant Ernest Sena appeals from convictions of two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor committed against his granddaughter (the Child). Defendant was charged with five counts of first-degree criminal sexual penetration of a minor (CSPM) and seven counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor (CSCM).
