This diversity suit, governed by Illinois law, pits two insurance brokerages against each other. Tax Track Systems Corporation ("Tax Track") sued New Investor World, Inc. ("NIW"), for, among other things, breaching a confidentiality agreement. The district court concluded that Illinois law did not protect Tax Track's information because Tax Track made insufficient efforts to keep that information confidential...
