The plaintiffs1 in these eleven consolidated cases sued their former employer, Chevron Corporation, claiming Chevron breached its fiduciary obligations under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA),2 by misrepresenting the eligibility requirements for obtaining enhanced benefits under Chevron's retirement plan.
