This is a criminal appeal by William Mills, Jr. (hereinafter referred to as "Mr. Mills") from an order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County convicting and sentencing him for the crime of delivery of a controlled substance.1 In this appeal, Mr. Mills contends that the circuit court committed error in refusing to strike a prospective juror for cause.
