Appellants-plaintiffs Emma McPeek, Carroll VanTyle, and Brenda Allen (collectively, the Children) appeal from the trial court's dismissal of their complaint seeking a declaratory judgment that the marriage of their mother, Edwina VanTyle McCardle, to appellee-defendant Charles McCardle was void.
