This matter arises from a sexual harassment claim filed by Gail Sterling ("Ms. Sterling") against her employer, Atlantic Automotive Corporation ("Atlantic"). The main issue with which we are concerned is whether Ms. Sterling filed her petition for writ of certiorari, in a timely matter, in accordance with Maryland Rule 8-302. We shall hold that Ms. Sterling's petition was untimely because she filed it 19 days after the intermediate appellate court issued...
