TYSON, Judge.

Harold Ray Estes ("defendant") appeals from judgments entered after a jury found him to be guilty of obtaining property by false pretenses pursuant to N.C. Gen.Stat. § 14-100 and conspiracy to obtain property by false pretenses pursuant to N.C. Gen.Stat. § 14-2.4 and § 14-100. We find no error at trial and remand for correction of a clerical error in 05 CRS 082472.
