Gordon and Kathy Winans appeal the final judgment on interpleader which awarded Jed Weber, M.D., the full amount of his bill for medical services rendered. Because the trial court's findings are not supported by the evidence presented at the hearing and because the evidence does not establish that the Winanses waived their rights as third-party beneficiaries under the contract between Dr. Weber and United HealthCare, we reverse and remand for entry...
