¶ 1. Lucretia Antoinette White was found guilty of aggravated assault upon Albert Johnson, III on August 17, 2005. White cut Johnson across his chest and upper right arm during an altercation at Johnson's home. White was sentenced to serve fifteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with ten years to serve, five years suspended, and five years on post-release supervision.
