This case arises from the death of Patricia Young, who the jury concluded died as a consequence of the failures of Dr. Partha Shanker Nandi and Dr. Sante Bologna, of the Center for Digestive Health, an assumed name for Troy Gastroenterology, P.C., to properly diagnose and treat her intestinal ischemia.
