Pursuant to a written plea agreement, LeAnne Soperla pleaded guilty to being an unlawful drug user in possession of a firearm, see 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(3), 924(a)(2), to maintaining a residence for the purpose of distributing methamphetamine, see 21 U.S.C. § 856(a)(1), (b), and to a criminal forfeiture count, see 21 U.S.C. § 853.
