Andrew Paskiewicz, Sr., appeals from a final judgment modifying custody and allowing the former wife, Yvonne Cordell Paskiewicz, n/k/a Yvonne Sprinkle, to relocate with the parties' children. Sprinkle cross-appeals claiming that the trial court erred in denying her request for attorney's fees.
