¶1 Randy Shea Gardner attempted to smuggle illegal drugs into the prison facility where he was an inmate. He was convicted of distributing, offering, agreeing, consenting, or arranging to distribute methamphetamine and was sentenced to serve a one-to-fifteen-year prison term, to begin after the prison term he was then serving expired.
