¶ 1. The Circuit Court of Monroe County found Larry Westbrook guilty of the sale of cocaine on June 28, 2004, after Westbrook entered a plea of guilty to the charge. The court sentenced him to twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections with ten years suspended and five years' post-release supervision.
