This unfortunately complicated action arose subsequent to the interment and reinterment of a member of a large, extended family. In consolidated appeals, the plaintiffs Francis D. Angiolillo and his wife, Bonita Angiolillo,1 claim that the trial court (1) improperly rendered summary judgment in favor of several of the defendants, Charles Angiolillo and other defendants hereinafter referred to as the Buckmiller defendants...
