Malaquias Gonzalez appeals his conviction of burglary of a dwelling. Mr. Gonzalez claims his Sixth Amendment right to confrontation, as explained in Crawford v. Washington, 541 U.S. 36, 124 S.Ct. 1354, 158 L.Ed.2d 177 (2004), was violated by admitting a pawn shop transaction form into evidence during his trial.
