Plaintiff Amica Life Insurance Company ("Amica") brought suit against defendants Yousef Barbor and Entissar. Albarbour, the beneficiaries of an Amica life insurance policy purchased by Faziah Taliaa. Plaintiff seeks a declaratory judgment decreeing that Taliaa's birth date, for the purposes of the insurance policy, was 1926, and that Amica has fulfilled its obligations under the policy.
