Appellant asserts that the trial court erred in summarily denying his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We find only one of his contentions has merit. The trial court erred in summarily denying appellant's claim alleging ineffective assistance of counsel for failing to seek sentencing under the Youthful Offender Act.
