In this entry and detainer action, the defendants, Daniel J. Ferraina and Thomas DeFranzo, brought this appeal challenging the trial court's judgment in favor of one of the plaintiffs,1 David R. Wilcox. The defendants argue that the court improperly found that Wilcox was in actual possession of the property at issue within the meaning of the entry and detainer statute, General Statutes § 47a-43.2
