Don Wisecarver, Carol McCamy, and Karen Solomon (collectively, "Plaintiffs") appeal the district court's order dismissing their complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction based on the probate exception to federal diversity jurisdiction. On appeal, Plaintiffs argue that the Supreme Court's recent narrowing of the probate exception in Marshall v. Marshall, 547 U.S. 293, 126 S.Ct. 1735...
