The principal issue in this appeal concerns the enforceability of a hold harmless clause in a lease for the use of a recreational and training facility operated by the defendants and third party plaintiffs, the city of Bristol and Tibor Flothman,1 and leased to the third party defendant, Community Renewal Team, Inc., and the East Hartford Juvenile Justice Center.2
