The defendant, Angelope Bennett, appeals from the judgments of the trial court revoking his probation and committing him to the custody of the commissioner of correction for three years. The defendant claims that the court improperly denied his motion to suppress certain evidence presented at the violation of probation hearing and that the evidence did not support the court's factual findings. We hold that the evidence did not support the court's findings...
