The Superior Court of Glynn County granted the summary judgment motion filed by Slade Hancock Agency, Inc. ("SHA") and its employee, William Phillips, in their declaratory judgment action against Atlantic Insurance Brokers, LLC ("AIB"). In its order, the trial court ruled that Phillips had not violated a nonsolicitation covenant in his consulting agreement with AIB. AIB appeals, contending the trial court erred in construing the consulting agreement...
