The Defendant, Donald D. Ragas, appeals from his conviction for armed robbery, a violation of La.R.S. 14:64, and his sentence of 30 years at hard labor. We affirm.

The Defendant was charged with the crime in December of 2003. He pleaded not guilty, was tried in March of 2004, and found guilty by a jury. The Defendant's motion for post-verdict judgment of acquittal and motion for new trial were denied in April of 2004. On the same day...
