Kevin Johnson pleaded guilty to conspiring with others to manufacture and to distribute 50 or more grams of methamphetamine or more than 500 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. The district court sentenced Johnson to 220 months' imprisonment.
