¶ 1 Pierce County Sheriff's Department deputies responded to an anonymous tip complaining of chemical smells at Fred Leffler's property. Upon arrival, they discovered that Leffler had an outstanding Department of Corrections (DOC) felony escape warrant and arrested him.
