Plaintiff brings suit under the Family and Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq. (FMLA). Specifically, Plaintiff claims Defendants interfered with, restrained and denied the exercise of his FMLA rights, and Defendants terminated him in retaliation for his attempt to exercise such rights.
