Patricia Watson appeals from a judgment concluding that Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, was entitled to equitable subrogation, thereby making Ocwen's mortgage superior to Watson's lien on real estate owned by Kraig Williams. Watson contends that the trial court erred in applying equitable subrogation to grant priority to Ocwen, and that her lien has priority because it occurred prior in time to Ocwen's mortgage.
