A state court warrant authorized aerial use of a thermal imaging device to search for excess heat emanating from a home owned by Mohammed Kattaria. Subsequent warrant searches of the home and two others owned by Kattaria uncovered two marijuana grow operations. Kattaria conditionally pleaded guilty to conspiracy to manufacture, distribute, and possess with intent to distribute fifty or more marijuana plants in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§...
