This appeal involves appellant Joseph Brodsky's challenges to the district court's rulings on respondent Elizabeth Soll Brodsky's attempts to enforce a 1997 dissolution judgment. In particular, appellant challenges the grant of conduct-based attorney fees to respondent for amounts she incurred during enforcement proceedings that were ancillary to the dissolution.
