A Gwinnett County jury found Lonnie Scott Holden guilty of kidnapping. On appeal, Holden contends that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction. He also claims that the trial court erroneously charged the jury on witness's prior consistent statements and erred in failing to charge the jury on the law of circumstantial evidence. He further contends that he received ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We disagree and affirm...
