Defendant allegedly sicced his dog on two uniformed police officers when they tried to approach him after he sold crack cocaine to undercover officers during a buy-and-bust operation in the City of Schenectady, Schenectady County. An officer shot the dog while defendant ran. He was later apprehended while he was attempting to scale a fence and, after a struggle, arrested. A search revealed that defendant possessed a glass vial containing crack cocaine...
