Following a jury trial, Carlton S. Johnson was convicted of two counts of aggravated child molestation and one count of attempted aggravated child molestation. Johnson appeals the trial court's denial of his motion for a new trial, alleging that: (1) the evidence was insufficient to sustain his convictions; (2) he received ineffective assistance of counsel; (3) the trial court failed to charge the jury as to all the elements of aggravated child molestation...
