OPINION BY PANELLA, J.:
¶ 1 Appellant, Jose Cruz, appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed on January 9, 2006, by the Honorable Carol K. McGinley, Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County. After careful review, we affirm.
