¶ 1 John M. appeals from the juvenile court's April 30, 2007, order, entered after a contested severance hearing, terminating his parental rights to his daughter, Shannon, born in October 2004, on the grounds that he had neglected or wilfully abused a child, A.R.S. § 8-533(B)(2), and had substantially neglected or wilfully refused to remedy the circumstances that had caused Shannon to be in an out-of-home placement...
