I. INTRODUCTION

Troy Burns appeals from an order enforcing the settlement agreement between himself and his former wife, Halya Burns. The superior court determined that Troy is required to pay Halya spousal support in the amount of thirty-five percent of his yearly dental income, whether or not he continues to work as a dentist.
