The issue before the Court is whether the Debtor's student loan obligations owed to the Illinois Designated Account Purchase Program ("IDAPP") should be discharged pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8) because requiring payment of those loans would impose an undue hardship on the Debtor and her dependents. For the reasons set forth below, this Court finds that the Debtor failed to meet her burden of proof...
