In April and May 2004, defendant, David D. Revell, pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography (720 ILCS 5/11-20.1(a)(6) (West 2002)) and predatory criminal sexual assault of a child (720 ILCS 5/12-14.1(a)(1) (West 2002)) in two separate cases.
